What happened: West jet “agents” at the baggage counter gave us bad information and we missed our flight. We had ample time to catch our flight. The agent I talked to on the phone also was not helpful, another agent tried very hard to solve our problem but was unable to as while we were on the phone our flight left. We could hear our boarding call, and there was no security wait. Though I take partial responsibility, I am very dissatisfied with the majority of customer service we received
