I think it was mostly worth the points. I know some people might disagree or expect more, but for what I got, I’m not really complaining. It wasn’t perfect, sure, but overall I felt like the value was there and I’d probably do it again

Paying for my flight was simple enough, my card went through quickly and the booking showed up right away. I just wish the rest of the experience had felt as smooth, because I came away feeling disappointed overall.

I’ve been having a hard time finding direct flights to smaller cities lately. Maybe I’m just checking the wrong dates or expecting too much, but it feels like there aren’t enough route options for where I need to go

Booked on westjet.com, added my small dog after, no hassle. Airport staff were kind, pup fit under the seat, all went smooth. I was nervous going in, but zero issues. Would fly with them again.

Booked a vacation package through westjet.com it went smoothly. The hotel ended up being nicer than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Our flights also worked out well with the check-in times, so we weren’t stuck waiting around too much. Price felt fair for what we got. No major issues at all, and I’d definitely use them again for another sunny getaway.

I always take the overly polished airline website wording with a grain of salt, because everything is made to sound way smoother than it usually is, but the pages loaded fine and I got my boarding pass without much hassle. The app did update quickly though, and I was rebooked for the next morning without having to chase anyone down or argue about it. The hotel voucher took a little while to get sorted, but the staff were friendly and actually explained what was going on. Not ideal, but not as bad as I thought it would be. Then I just went to the hotel.

Had a really good flight with WestJet. The crew was super friendly but not like, overly chatty or anything. They checked in a few times, drinks came around quick, and I saw them help a lady near me with her bag too. The whole vibe onboard just felt calm and easy, which I appriciated. Would definetly fly with them again.

Had a solid flight with westjet. The seats were comfortable enough for the trip, the wifi worked most of the time, and the snacks and drinks were actually better than I expected. There was also plenty to watch, which helped the time go by. compared to some other flights I’ve been on... yeah, no real complaints
